Our story.

Charcuterie King is labor of love for Brett Anderson, Master Craftsman and founder of Pacific Coast Cabinetry & Millworks.

For years Brett had been making cutting boards and charcuterie boards using hardwood scraps that were simply too beautiful to burn in bonfires on the beach. Every fall, he would glue up boards with stunning patterns and give them as Christmas gifts to his family and friends. The boards proved so popular, that before long people wanted to start buying them – and that gave Brett an idea.

Brett created a business – Charcuterie King – as a way to spend time with his thirteen-year-old son Kekoa while also teaching him the value of hard work. Now, from their base of operations in Capistrano Beach, California, you’ll find Brett and his son selling their boards throughout the year.

 Our boards.

Each charcuterie and cutting board is individually crafted. Like all works of art, no two are exactly alike. Brett and his friend Fish glue their boards together using the finest woods year round to be available any time.

Charcuterie King boards make great gifts for any holiday and are a staple for anyone that likes to entertain. And with options ranging from $50 to $400, there’s something for everyone. Of course if you can’t find the board that’s just right for you, custom orders are welcome.
